Who we are.

AaronGrowth Expert

Aaron Abramson is an entrepreneur/investor with experience growing businesses online and in the event industry.
In 2014, Aaron acquired Pro Sound & Light Show, a mobile disc jockey company, and under his management it has seen over 20% growth year after year.  His team of 47 employees produced over 2100 events in 2019.
Aaron’s super power is identifying, mapping, and designing systems for businesses which can be automated and scaled.

DesignDesign is a critical part of system automation.  A poorly designed system that is automated will continue to function poorly automatically. While a well designed system will perform well, even if it is not automated.

StrategyTaking a business from A to B only requires a plan.  However, taking your business from A to Z while dealing with the unknowns that get thrown at you requires a strategy.  Get above your business and see the grand vision for 1yr, 5yr, and 10yr goals.

AutomationWith proper design and strategy, you can now automate.  Have all of the components of your business running like a well-oiled machine.

RelationshipsBusinesses cannot exist without customers.  So the most critical component of any business is its relationships.  Relationships with customers, relationships with employees, relationships with vendors, and relationships with others in its industry.

How we work.

1 We start by measuring everything.   To establish a baseline of key performance indicators (KPIs) for your website/business.

2 Identify the area the will have the biggest net effect on your growth. *hint: It’s not always what you think it is!

3 Build a system designed for your business that will scale as you grow with regular, repeated success.
